Details:
The Hobonichi Weeks is released twice a year, once with a January start (which actually begins before January) and once with an April start. It’s very slim and light, and is available in a variety of covers including thin hard covers, leather, and paperstock.
It has a two page per week layout where the left hand side is dated and the right side is an empty grid. Regular Weeks books have 73 pages of numbered grid paper in the back. The mega version has 217 notes pages. The paper is more yellow than other Hobonichi books.
Review:
I absolutely love the portability of the Weeks, which is why I never use it with anything other than a clear sleeve. The layout lends itself well to tracking daily things (exercise, mood, habits, etc.).
I don’t enjoy the cream color because it doesn’t look great with the colorful fountain pen inks J use. It’s also too small for my massive daily to do lists. But I find it’s great for very narrow uses, like tracking weekly outdoor activities.
